RevHarvester

Terms of Service

Effective: September 16, 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of the RevHarvester website, Revenue Leak Audit process, Recovery Workspace, and related services.

Use of the service

You may use RevHarvester only for lawful business purposes and only with information you are authorized to provide and process.

Customer data

You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions associated with data you submit. You represent that you have the right to provide CRM exports and related business records to RevHarvester for analysis.

Revenue Leak Audit

The Revenue Leak Audit identifies and prioritizes records that may warrant review based on available CRM data and configured rules. Audit findings are decision-support information, not guarantees of revenue, conversion, or customer response.

Recovery scores are deterministic priority scores, not probabilities. Estimated outcomes should not be interpreted as forecasts unless expressly identified as such.

Human control and outreach

A high priority score does not create permission to contact a customer. Any outreach remains subject to communication permissions, business rules, sender requirements, and applicable law.

No guaranteed results

Business outcomes depend on many factors outside RevHarvester's control. RevHarvester does not guarantee recovered revenue, conversion rates, response rates, or any specific financial result.

Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform evolves. We may also impose reasonable limits to protect security, reliability, or service quality.

Intellectual property

RevHarvester and its branding, software, reports, interfaces, and related materials are owned by RevHarvester or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.

Confidentiality

We will treat non-public business information submitted for an audit or service engagement as confidential and use it to provide and operate the requested services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RevHarvester will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue arising from use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
